Our MEP Leadership Team has a passion for working with college students and young professionals to learn how to thrive in professional and business industries. Our team coaches and trains aspiring entrepreneurs and career professionals to build the right skillsets by providing them access to an environment for personal and professional development. The program equips young professionals by networking with, and learning from people who have credibility and vast experience in their fields of interest.
The Mentorship on Entrepreneurship Program originally started at Liberty University, in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2012, and has since expanded to multiple colleges across North America.
CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS
The MEP Team is seeking to work with college students across all majors who have the following key traits, qualities or characteristics. Prior business knowledge, skillsets or major is not required.

The humility to keep an open mind, the desire to learn, unlearn and relearn and seek answers from those who have more credibility and experience.
INTEGRITY
Our team is looking for students with the highest level of personal responsibility, accountability, punctuality, and professionalism. All of which is a prerequisite for true, long-lasting success in any endeavor.
WORK ETHIC
Work ethic is integral to creating success in any arena. This is a trait that is possible for anyone to build if they have a big enough desire to achieve their goal.
